Just ran the Beginner Box for PFS credit. Noticed a couple of things that might help GM prep.
Room 8 - The adventure text and inset map in the GM Guide describe and show two doors. One on each end of the short hallway. The flip map and the PDF of the flip map are missing the second door. That second door is part of the trap trigger. GMs should add it back in.
Room 11 - Room description and map inset show 2 kobold warriors. Stat block on the page indicates 3. I ran with two, but I suspect my group could have handled the third kobold warrior.
I ran for a group of experienced players. So we didn't have to explain much along the way. We finished early as a result. So it felt like if I'd had beginning players, we'd have had plenty of time to explain things as we went. The encounters each progressively added something new. Seems like this would be a good scenario to use as an intro game for a Convention or game store event.

One other item that I noticed after looking closely. It doesn't look like hero points make an appearance in the Beginner Box. That's an interesting omission.
There's a thread in the Beginner Box Forum for experienced GMs
PF2 GMs: What's Missing (Rules That Aren't In The Beginner Box)
There are quite a few things beyond Hero Points that are not part of the Beginner Box rules.
