Okay for now to keep things moving, but the range on Acid Splash is only 25 ft. +5/2 levels.
Two of the large-headed creatures charge the party. When one gets close enough to Harrigan, the ifrit lashes out with his hammer and pulverizes the enemy. The other charges toward Xaeken, but is slowed by the slippery floor, though doesn't fall.
Seeing the lack of success of their companions, the other five move in formation, drawing ranged weapons and sending a volley of missiles on the party. The two lizard-like creatures toss stones from a sling, and one is able to connect with Delum. The large-headed leader looses an arrow from a shortbow, but it sails high past Harrigan. The two humans loose arrows from larger bows, but only the male is able to hit his mark, connecting with Delum as well.
The goblin in 03 has been killed. Delum takes 3 damage from the sling and 6 damage from the longbow. The party can act!

If this works, because I always count as having a running start, Xaeken would basically jump at the slowed creature in front of him as a "charge". DC 10 to cover the distance, check of 19 to enter the grease and keep my footing. If that doesnt work then he will just move forward and attack 15 should keep him on his feet and the attack would hit AC 17. I shouldn't provoke because I am entering but not moving through a threatened square...I think that is right.

Harrigan—going to J2 would only allow you to get two enemies. J4 (which is where I put you, hope that's okay) allows you to get the lower 4, and allows Delum to go where he wanted. We'll count Zaxxeon as delaying, and he can take 2 actions when he returns.
Xaeken moves forward and fells the large-headed creature in front of him. As Harrigan blasts fire, the male human dodges a bit and is only singed, but the other three take the full force of the fire. Coyote's bolt sails true and connects with the blue lizard-like humanoid; it winces in pain, but stays on its feet.
Terrified by Delum's large presence, the blue creature tries to protect himself as he moves away, but falls over unconscious after reaching the back wall. The male human drops his longbow and draws a rapier; he stabs at Delum, connecting for minimal damage. The female human retreats toward the blue creature, looses an arrow from her bow at Delum, and sinks an arrow into Delum.
The yellow lizard-like humanoid takes a step forward, dropping its sling and drawing a spear. It lashes out at Harrigan, but misses its mark. Finally, the large-headed leader drops its shortbow and draws a short sword, slashing at Delum and connecting with the large man.
Delum takes 3 damage from the male, 4 damage from the female, and 2 damage from the large-headed humanoid. All can act!

Delum glares at the goblin for another moment before lowering his weapon.
The warrior takes a step back from the others. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. As he breaths out, Delum seems to deflate, shinking gradually back to his original, still rather large size.
He seems to sway for a moment after this, the bloodloss of multiple wounds taking their toll. Recovering quickly he growls at the goblin, "Very well, you will show us this altar."

A few quick checks to make sure only his friends are close enough to feel Nethys's touch, the cleric bows his head and grasps his holy symbol. After a few mumbled words he throws his head back to look at the sky. A brilliant blueish light flashes for a split second, leaving spots floating across the group's vision but also begins to reknit wounds and soften bruises.
