The official ruling I'm looking for is for the Mechanics 17th level control net ability and being able to add there prototypes in it like doing 17 mechanic that does 10 proto weapon, 7 exocortex or going 10 proto armor, 7 proto weapon.
And if there's not a official ruling what has other GM ruled on it?

Until they publish some errata control net is a lost/dead ability if you choose experimental weapon or experimental armor. It only works with drone/exocortex.
A lot of people have asked about how to handle it, but I don't remember seeing any clear answers, probably because actually GMing a 17th level mechanic is rare.

I know of two ways that people have ruled this.
1. Run it that the book. It dies not work with prototype features at all.
2. Houserule in an ability that does.
Since number 2 is definitely a houserule (though a super reasonable one!) this isn't the kind of thing you can look for a universal consensus on, instead of deciding for your table, or asking you GM if you're a player. Not without errata thT hint happened.

When you take either of the alternate class features (Experimental Armor Prototype or Experimental Weapon Prototype) you loose the Artificial Intelligence class feature you would normally gain at level 1.
The class ability Control Net therefore does nothing since you lack the ability it modifies.
