I tried to place an order using the $15 credit from an InterNetGalactic ConQuest Convention Play Voucher. The checkout system says the code is invalid. I sent an email to CS on the 13th with no reply (and not in Spam either). I called multiple times today but only ever got shunted to a full voicemail box.

I am having the same issue with a PaizoCon Online Voucher I tried to use on Nov 30th and sent an email on the 1st. Voucher technically expired on Dec 9th. After messaging Alex, he told me that they are having an issue with a number of PaizoCon Online codes as coming up as invalid. I wonder how many other Conventions are having this issue. From what I see, they are still working on emails back in August. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
