Had been trying to get some support for an exchange that needed to happen since August, but it seems all my emails aren’t getting anywhere. My last 8 emails refer to the issue where the wrong shirts sizes and the PF2 bestiary pawns were sent instead of the bestiary itself. I’d really like some sort of resolution.

They post how far behind they are with emails as comments on this post. Their latest posts say they are still processing emails from the end of August/beginning of September.

It seems that they will respond here on the forums first (and that post I linked confirms they work faster with forum posts), but it still might take some time. I posted a complaint about Focus Spell Cards a few days ago and am still waiting for a response.

Plus the forum says they won't be working November 26th and 27th because of Thanksgiving.
