Pathfinder Advantage discount not applied on the Beginner's Box PDF

In order #7961065, I bought the PDF version of the PF2 Beginner's Box, but the Pathfinder Advantage discount was not applied. As per Aaron's message in the Beginner's Box thread, I post about this problem here so you can look into it.
