Cancel my subscriptions: shipping company destroyed / damaged my last 3 orders

I have several outstanding emails that have not been responded to by customer service regarding my last three shipments.

Therefore, I have decided that I do not want any more subscriptions, as I do not trust the shipping method that has destroyed or damaged my last three received orders.

Please cancel all of my subscriptions, and remove the two items from my sidecart. I did not request adding them to my sidecart, and I do not want to pay for items that cost more to ship than they are worth.

I also wish to remove all payment information from my account, but I am unable to remove my last credit card number from the system. Please advise as to how this may be accomplished.

I will be purchasing my Paizo products from local game stores instead.
