In July I purchased the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Core Set and discovered it is missing the following components:
- Rule book
- Quick start guide
I emailed customer.service@paizo.com right away asking to send me replacements. I finally got a response on Oct 21 saying there was no record of me purchasing this through Paizo, and asking whether I purchased this through a different account.
I responded right away saying that I purchased this through a game store and that the game store's policy was for me to contact Paizo directly for a replacement. I still haven't heard back from my email, and I don't want this to take another 3 months to get a reply, so I'm posting this here.
Please send me the replacement Rule Book and Quick Start Guide to the address mentioned in my email.
