Paid for PDF file, still showing in my cart

On Thursday, November 5, I purchased two PDF files online, and my card has been charged for it. The items are still showing in my cart, and I am showing no order history on my account. I have sent emails, but have not gotten anything back as of yet. I need to have someone help with this issue, ASAP. Please.
