Issues downloading pdfs

Usually I can download my products but today I can't. I load the digital content page and click the title, a loading wheel pops up then disappears but the "personalizing text doesn't show up.

Any one else having this issue or is it just me?

I was having the same issue about 12 hours ago (at the time of this post), but it now seems to have resolved itself.
