I have "Regional Support Program GM Incentive #3. It`s reward 2019 year.
I didn't have time to fill in all the cells.
Can I finish these awards now?

Pretty sure the 2019 Boon (unlike earlier years) didn't have an end date. I think it just says "only games GMed after 1 February 2019 are valid."

Now, as to the current state of the program overall, I'm not sure. Most physical locations are still closed.

My VL has told me as long as you don't start the 2020 boon you can continue marking the 2019 boon.

As a concession to Covid, certain Online games that *would* have been held in specific stores are being counted *as if* they were happening at that store.
