Neat tricks for the Magus.

So there's a lot of people arguing over the math of the spell strike, but not a lot of people focusing on cool things you can do with the class. So I thought this would be a good place for it.

Unicore has come up with some really potent shenanigans for true strike.

Surprise Tank: Sustaining Steel, Spirit Sheath, Glamored Rune or maybe just long billowy robes. Lead the party's marching order. Lead the marching order, or be directly behind a more obvious front-liner. You don't have the mobility of Slide Casting, so trick enemies into coming to you by lobbing Rays of Frost or other ranged cantrips. An enemy that decides to target the squishy caster will be pretty surprised when their claws skitter off your hidden breast plate, a great axe materializes in your hand coursing with negative energy, and you suddenly swell with vitality.

The Jeering Gnome: Slide Casting and a one handed reach weapon, such as gnome flickmace. Against any enemy without reach you can step away at the start of every spell strike. This means you won't take an AoO for casting, and means that the enemy needs to waste an action if they want to chase you. Also, Life Leap doesn't have a lot of mechanical synergy, but it IS thematically on point and will probably come in handy some rounds you don't spell strike.

What else have ya'll got?
