Support has not responded to e-mail for 2 months and now I have a duplicate set of Paizo products

Hi there,

I e-mailed support on June 25th about an order that was delayed for 6 months asking about the status since it didn't show up in my order history.
One month later on July 27th I still had not received a reply so I sent a mail asking to cancel the order so I could instead purchase this product from coolstuffinc.com who had no problems shipping it out. I did not receive a reply to this mail to Paizo either.
Yesterday I received a mail saying this product was being shipped out despite me trying to contact support for 2 months and 1 month ago asking to cancel the order.

This is not ok. I have tried calling but the voice mail there directs me to use e-mail instead but clearly e-mail is not being addressed. Please help me resolve the duplicate set of products I'm about to have soon.

I got a reply to this via e-mail finally so this message can be considered closed.
