To be honest, I'm MUCH more interested in hearing about where people want to see us explore rather than where they don't. Mostly because that seems like an invitation for people to complain or even insult the hard work of our freelancers who have put a lot of passion and work into exploring the places we've currently explored in Golarion. It just feels like an inherently negative way to let us know what parts of the setting people are interested in.
I could be wrong, I guess, and in fact would LOVE to be proved wrong and see this thread be respectful and produce constructive criticism, but I really don't want this to turn into a "let's dogpile on a region (and thus, by implication, the authors who put their heart and soul into detailing that region) and complain about it."

The Isles of Kortos and Absalom. And that's only because after what will be 3 adventure paths in a row in the same relative area, I really want see the rest of the world from a 2e perspective. Places that have had huge changes and haven't been explored yet in the new edition would be really exciting to see as a GM and as a player.

Galt's endless revolution concept isn't really my cup of tea, though as contradictory as this may sound, I'd actually like an adventure or adventure path that would involve breaking that cycle with a more successful revolution (or not, if the PCs screw up :P). So perhaps less that I don't want to go there and more that I want it to evolve.
I've never been too enthusiastic about Andoran but that's more due to annoyance at the US-inspired country being described as freedom-loving which reminds me a bit too much of real-life propaganda. However, I have heard that it's a bit more nuanced than it seems. I might take a look at the Andoran book someday for a more informed critique.
I dislike Amanandar more strongly, I don't understand why a pseudo-European culture had to be put in the East Asian-influenced continent and I generally don't like parallels to colonialism. I also find it a little dubious that a single Taldan army could conquer and maintain control over such a large area that they had little knowledge of.
I've already expressed my issues with Bachuan, so not going to repeat that here.
I will say that I don't think any of these regions are poorly written, I just don't like the concepts as much, and I feel that most of them have some redeeming qualities. Overall I appreciate Golarion much more than I dislike it; I've listed 4 regions here but there are 15 I'm interested in running or playing in.

I can vouch for Andoran being way more interesting than the "America woo" veneer it puts up.
I'm personally not too keen on exploring the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, as I think there are not many ways to explore it without ending up colonialist about it, as well as just not being confident that Paizo could extend the region in to 20 levels of content due to how little there already is for it.

I think a break from Varisia and The Isle of Kortos would be nice, given the huge amount of focus they've gotten at various times. I'm also not sure what to do in The Shackles beyond being either pirates or pirate hunters, and neither seems appealing in the near future (Skulls and Shackles was fine, but we hardly need a reprise of it).

Lost Omens Legends has already taken a few steps in terms of the evolution of Galt, just FYI. It's mostly setting things up, but it's very interesting setting things up.

This I'm not sure I get. Wouldn't the way to not be colonialist just be to have the PCs play locals to the area? I mean, it's not like the Realm of the Mammoth Lords lacks heroes of its own and needs to import them.

Personally I think the Realm of the Mammoth Lords can be done without unfortunate implications as long as they don't lean too much into the idea of the inhabitants being "savage" or primitive, which I think is possible; the Lost Omens World Guide manages to describe them without characterizing them as less advanced, IMO.
