Ancestral Linguistics Feat in PFS

The Ancestral Linguistics Feat includes the following text:

"During your daily preparations, you can recede into old memories to become fluent in
one common language or one other language you have access to."

For PFS, what constitutes "access"? I'd think that members of the Society would have access to most uncommon languages, certainly all current regional Golarion languages, as well as some ancient ones. So an elf with this feat would be able to become fluent in any regional language of a region they are traveling to on a mission, for example. Is there an official stance on this, or can we expect table variation?

"Having access to" is pretty clear cut. You have access to any common language, and any language of your home region. You do not automatically have access to all regional languages just by being in the Pathfinder Society, unless you can cite something that I have missed
