Is PFS providing a free rebuild with the release of the APG?

I had heard that there was a free rebuild offered on July 31st, on account of the APG. Is this fake news or a real thing?

It's a 0-cost boon called "rewrite history" that is available through August 31st.

You have to pay 15% of your character's total wealth earned, but depending on how many consumables you actually used you might end up saving some money.

As stated above, you can 'purchase' the free rebuild boon in your organized play tab, under boons :)
