My order for the advanced player's guide has been pending since july 10th, so I'm wondering if there is anything wrong with my payment method?
Most probably not. Subscription shipments are authorized a few days before shipping begins, but it takes two to three weeks to physically ship them all out. When the auth runs, your order is marked Pending; when the shipping label is actually printed, it is marked Complete.
This month, the authorizations began July 9, but the shipping window is July 13-29. More than half of subscribers are probably still pending right now, as there's more than a week left before they expect to finish shipping everything.
My order is still pending, as an example. Until the 29th (and unless they extend the shipping window, which you can watch for in the thread I linked), your order is not "late."
