I have had trouble with both of these orders, I have received confirmation of both being shipped Along with links to track them.

Neither of these links have worked, and I have yet to receive my products. I understand how hectic things have been these past months, so any help you can provide would be great.

Not that it's what you want to hear... but both links work fine for me.

One shows:
Date/Time Event Name
16 Jul 2020 09:03 Bad address. Pkg returned. Call sender

And the other:

23 Jun 2020 20:00 Undeliverable pkg. Returned. Call sender

Dang, I figured it was something like that, guess I’ve gotta get that fixed.
