APG Stuck in Sidecart?

Hello,

For some reason, my APG from my Rulebook Subscription is in my Sidecart, and not a pending order. The only other subscription I have is for PFS Scenarios, so it shouldn't be waiting on any other shipping options, and I have no other pending orders.

Any help? Thanks!

Following up. It's frustrating that my subscription didn't actually ship the item as intended, as many others have already had their APG's ship and received the PDF.

It's been a week. I know customer service is backed up, but I've also seen responses to other threads that are more recent than mine get resolved, and that's frustrating. And I know emailing isn't a viable option, as I have outstanding customer service requests via email multiple weeks ago that never received responses either.

actually not many people have received their apg early. most people actually havnt even had it start shipping at all.

subscription does not guarantee early access. just automatic shopping and free pdf.

my dad has had made a new sub for the apg 3 weeks ago and we are also still in sidecart.

do not expect early delivery. in fact, dont expect to get it on time. Most people will probably have their orders start sending the day before or even after release.

Right. I understand that. I used to subscribe for years.

My issue is that my APG, instead of being a Pending Order, is in my Sidecart for some reason. I can't find any way of moving it, and I have no way of knowing if it will automatically update itself. I have no other physical subscriptions, so the "This item will ship with the next available shipment" doesn't make sense, and it seems like it's getting held up due to an internal error.

Hopefully that makes more sense.

Weirdly, the APG is in my digital downloads as of midnight, even though my book is still in my sidecart and, as far as I can tell, my card hasn't been charged for my subscription either.

So, if it will eventually ship, then that's fine since I have the PDF to read. It would be nice to know why it sidecarted the book instead of shipping, but I don't feel as stressed about a month+ delay in getting the book now.
