Hello,
I would like to cancel all my subscriptions (order 22787943), as i recently subscribed and i'm still waiting for delivery of my subscription that was sent in may. I'm seeing the new order and frankly i don't want to wait until october to receive it, so i'd rather cancel now and get it via another seller that will have better shipping, or from my local shop.
I'm not sure i've been cherged yet for the second order (number 30175048), but if that's the case i would like it reimbursed.
I would also like to get reimbursed for the first one (22789084) if possible, though it was sent, so i'm not sure it's possible.

They’re not using phones at this point in time due to their work from home status.
Posting (and not bumping) a thread for a cancel is the fastest right now, due to the email backlog.
true i did not know about the phones being down until i sent an email regarding problems with the acp and saw the auto response say phones arent available
