Paid for digital download, site says I don’t own the product.

I just bought the bestiary 2 for second edition pathfinder and after a bit of trouble trying to make the transaction go thru, I was charged successfully through my bank account. The problem is that I have no digital file in my account on the Paizo site and it says the item is still in my cart. I’ve already paid for this product and it says that I don’t own it.
I’ve contacted Paizo but it’s been a while now and I’m wondering when my purchase will show up...?

Hello Joel4felske!

It looks like there was an issue with your payment method. I've sent you an email detailing the issue. We don't charge until the payment goes through, so the transactions you are seeing are not charges. They are authorizations or holds, which occur each time our card processor is asked to contact your bank to check if the card is good. When this happens, many banks choose to put a hold on the funds for the expected charge. However, because your card was declined, we cannot finalize these charges. Authorizations typically reverse a few days after they appear, when your bank chooses to release the funds.

Once the problem is resolved, we can get this shipped out to you.
