Charged 3 times for an order that did not go through.

I was attempting to pay for the available sets of the core rulebooks for Starfinder as PDFs from Paizo's website, but after I hit the authorize transaction I was asked to provide the security code for my debit card. I provided it, hit ok, and saw a loading wheel pop up andgo away, but nothing else happened. I checked my email to see if a confirmation email had been sent, but nothing was there. When I checked my bank account I saw 3 pending duplicate charges. Would I need to speak to customer service over the phone Monday to fix this, or would I need to cancel all 3 orders as i saw in the FAQ that PDF orders should immediately go to the downloads section of my Paizo account. I was just wondering if I did something wrong, or is there an issue with ordering PDFs through Paizo's site right now?

Your card was declined because it did not pass the Address Verification System (AVS) check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the billing address entered for the card on Paizo.com and the billing address your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all of the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again.
