Please cancel Order 23287399 completely and remove those items from my sidecart.
Additionly, I have been unable to see the Paizo Advantage discount apply to any items I place in my cart. Am I misunderstanding how it works? It applies to all my subscription orders automatically, but when I add books or pdfs it is nowhere to be seen.

I got my subscription order generation email and this has apparently been addressed behind the scenes. Thank you so much to the CS agents who helped me out, even though I wasn't aware it had happened until now (it says it was canceled on Monday).
The only bit of constructive criticism I have is, whenever possible, be more transparent. Everyone knows the wait times are exceptionally long right now, but a quick email on Monday when those items were canceled, instead of letting me know with the subscription email today, would have alleviated a lot of worry.
That's all. I know you're doing what you can with what you got, so thanks for getting to this in time.
