Hello,
Last month my subscription didn't go through due to a billing address issue on my part. I was not notified on the 26th and remedied the issue immediately but never received a shipment notification. I saw that the payment was processing but before it could go through the order was lumped together with this month's subscription. I was hoping this would mean I would receive this month's subscription sooner as a result but I still haven't seen a payment on my card initiated nor within the order screen. It is also breaking the order up into 3 packages which seems overkill to me but I understand it may keep shipment cleaner.
I understand with the current cultural situation that things are hectic. I just want to make sure my shipment didn't get lost or forgotten and I am very excited to receive the materials. They tend to be the highlight of each month.
I also sent a customer service email about last months subscription issue on June 1st that can be replaced by this inquiry.
