My May subscription order could not be processed at the normal time because my credit card was blocked back then (my card number was stolen, and the bank blocked it after noticing suspicious activities).
Since then, I got a new credit card and updated the payment details a few days ago, but my order is still pending. Could you please re-process it at your earliest convenience so I might get access to the PDFs?
