PDF download stuck on "personalizing"

I bought something today, I went to download it, and it says, "personalizing - click link again in 60 seconds." I waited 60 seconds, nothing. I refreshed the downloads and the page and tried again, it still says "personalizing." It's been at least half an hour now. How do I download the thing I bought?

Try signing out, clearing your cache, sign in and try again.

Also, don't wait the full 60 seconds. 30 seconds is usually more than enough. I think something may reset after the full 60 seconds.

Okay, I tried both of these solutions. Same result.

Anyone got any other ideas?

Oh, and here's a twist... I checked a couple other things in my library and they can download just fine. It's only the one I bought yesterday that refuses to finish personalizing.

I investigated the specific PDF in question and had no problem pushing it past the personalizing stage on your account. I recall a coworker of mine looking into a similar issue, so this should now be fixed for you.
