Hello, I have bought these two orders Order 18240057 and Order 16352760, and they still haven't arrived, could you send me the UM code that your post office puts on my packages please, to see if they have them in my post office and even I have not been notified.I have sent you from my email associated to this account an email from 30/04/2020 and you have not answered me, I expect an answer as soon as possible.
I'm not asking for the tracking number because I know you don't have it, but when you send the package the post office puts a number on it (For example UM122526745US), even if I don't have tracking if I go with that number in my post office they can locate it for me.
