Reset PFS Organized Play ID on my account

When creating my Organized Play account I created a new ID instead of using one I was given at a convention last year. Is it possible to have the current Organized Play ID associated with my account removed so I can add the correct one?

I saw Sam and Diego were able to help with similar requests in https://paizo.com/threads/rzs2v96q?Organized-Play-ID-change-help-needed#16 previously, so I'm hoping it's something pretty straightforward to do.
