There is no way to cancel my order myself. I have called, emailed, posted on here, posted on facebook...I have been trying to cancel it for a week! I just want my order canceled.
As of Tuesday, they were up to handling customer service requests from April 25. They'll get the cancellation done, but it may take a while.

Reviewing the order, it looks like the order has been cancelled. Noting that the issue has been resolved.
