Hey, I purchased 4 Starfinder PDFs and my credit card statement shows that I have been charged for them, $31.16. None of the PDFs are showing in my downloads list. Please help. I got a game in 2 days and I really need those books to prep for the session. Thank you.

Sorry about the delay. It looks like the billing address in our system wasn't matching what your bank had on file, but it looks like it was purchased yesterday successfully. I will remove the previous authorizations from your card and you will only be charged once.
