Hi team,

My order, order# 3278994, shipped on the 10th. I had forgotten I ordered it. On the day I emailed customer service and heard nothing back.

The location it was being sent to is my work office, however due to the level of lockdown in my country the office closed, as explained in my email on that date.

Is there any way to more accurately find out the location of the shipped order? Or is there any way for me to contact the shipping company to try to change the detail to a different location in the same city?
