Hello,

I was wondering as I've just received my authorization email, why isn't the full amount being covered by store credit?

I still have enough store credit on my account to cover the full amount, but it's not being used. Is there an issue using store credit to cover taxes? Because that is the amount that isn't being taken by the store credit.

Is there anything that can be done to use store credit to cover the full amount?

So sorry that that happened with your order. I'm working with our warehouse to make sure it goes out ASAP and that your store credit fully covers the cost. The authorization has fallen off of your account.
