Healing Channel and Harm Undead bypassing Stamina?

Rules Questions

We had a little discussion here...

If Healing Channel can just heal real Hit Points and no Stamina Points, does the damage dealt by Harm Undead also bypass Stamina?

Enemies almost never have stamina, so I doubt they thought about it.

Especially not the type of enemy who you could kill with just channeling.

"When you use your healing channel, you can expend a mystic spell slot of the highest level you can cast to also deal damage equal to the amount you heal to all undead foes in the area. The undead can attempt a Will save for half damage, at your usual connection power DC."

Since the feat states that it deals damage, instead of using different language to indicate that HP are lost directly (like poison exposure has) the damage is resolved normally. Stamina is not bypassed.
