Good morning. I just wanted to check on the status of this order as it was placed, and marked by Paizo as complete prior to Governor Inslee’s stay home stay healthy proclamation. Unfortunately, in the time since then, I have not received it, and I’m within a 1 day delivery range from the warehouse, even by the slowest shipping methods.

I'm so sorry about the delay, but unfortunately it was made after our warehouse was closed due to the state order. I ordered 3 books only from the clearance section for a total of $36 after shipping on 3.23.20. It was marked complete on 3.24.20. The Governor’s proclamation was on 3.25.20. That aside, you have sent me an order confirmation for $120+ and I only want those 3 books. I would like to get some subscriptions going, but not until I can select Bestiary 2 as my first rule book.

I was just looking to verify the above order was received and an estimated time for delivery.

As I look at my past orders, the below is not showing up in my file. I am expecting it to take some time due to the pandemic but just want to make sure everything is okay with the order and we are able to proceed.

Also, I am having issues making any other orders. As I try to add to my cart via your store on your website, it continues to say that there is an error.

thirdly, Order 14276278, this one was made on March 18th. Do we have an estimate on this delivery as well?

I saw that the rulebook subscription options have updated as I was waiting for. As such, I just purchased and initiated 4 subscriptions, under Order 20403563.

Is it possible, since we have at least a month until the stay at home order is lifted, to combine Order 19819153 into this new subscription order, so that I might take advantage of the discount from Paizo Advantage, and the lower shipping costs?

I've gotten order 17548715 fixed up, so that it's all good to go on your account. To fix the error issue, our tech team recommends clearing your browser’s cache and/or using an incognito window while our team works on this issue. If neither of these solutions work, let us know and we will take a deeper look into your account.

14276278 should be shipping out when our warehouse is back up and running.

Hello again, presumably, Virginia J. I was quite happy to get word today that my order is shipping, and that my new subscriptions are activated. The only question I have is in regards to my Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription, which I started with Extinction Curse #3. According to my subscription management, I am to received #5 next, then #6, but #4 does not show up anywhere. I'm ok with it not shipping until #5 does, but I would very much like each product after my starting point.

If I am misreading or misunderstanding the process, as this is my first time being a subscriber, I apologize. Thank you again for your assistance.

Hello again. Hopefully this is the last time I have to bug you about this order. Haha.

First, my order arrived today and it is so great receiving the books directly from you all for the first time. I love the Paizo shipping box.

Unfortunately, two of the books appear to have gotten some damage to the covers (Lost Omens Gods & Magic and the Strategy Guide). The Strategy Guide one was particularly disappointing as the book is so crisp with such nice sharp new corners (I like new books and that feeling of cracking a hardback open the first time), but it’s got a dent deep enough to tear the cover in the middle.

Overall very happy with my ordering direct from Paizo experience, just curious about what the process is if a damaged item is sent?

Thank you. I’ll get a picture sent over of the one which the cover dented to the point of actually tearing (it’s small but you can see the cardboard inside. The other is just rounded/bent corners. I hate rounded corners, but it’s not enough to warrant the hassle of a return or replacement.
