Order is messed up the items never arrived 4 calls 3 emails go unanswered

I ordered the GM GUIDE got an email it shipped but the tracking number was invalid, 3 weeks later never arrived. Checked the order and it’s all sorts of messed up, checked my cc statement, I paid for it... called 4x last time the Inbox was full. 3 emails have gone unreturned... I am at my wits end are you guys still in business?
