Problem with Order #15571726

Hi,

I sent an email about this last Wednesday but hadn't heard anything. All the physical items in my order #15571726 have disappeared from the order history on the website and the order shows zero items with a zero order total.

I was billed only for the digital items in the order, and was able to download the files so no problem with that part. The order on the website shows the payment for that even though the order total is zero.
