Question re: The Posandis beyond Hellknight Hill

Age of Ashes

I'm beginning to prepare running this campaign, and am wondering if any of the Posandi's or their devotion to Asmodeus play a role in the other 5 books? I have a PC who will be playing a sorcerer with the diabolical bloodline and I think I can use the Posandi's to hook into his backstory. I haven't yet read the other 5 books (mostly because I'm cheap and don't want to invest in books that might not get read if the campaign ends early or goes off the rails), but if they figure more prominently in books 2-6, I'd be interested in knowing more.

Also - totally different topic. There is a great GM only group on Facebook for the Rise of the Runelords AP for asking questions and sharing ideas. Is there something similar for this AP?

They don't in the books themselves, they're more there for hooks. The backmatter mostly is there to set up a lot of roleplaying opportunities, but very much optional.

Perfect. Thank you

So? How might you approach this as a flavor or side quest element if your PC’s don’t inquire? Mine can sometimes be role playing deficient and I want to encourage them to role play without engendering a slaughter.
