Order in sidecard: Skittermander plush purple

I see my pre-order for a purple skittermander plush still in my sidecard. I know they were on backorder, but that is no longer the case.

Any idea when it'll get processed? I can't do anything with my sidecard except look at it in my order history.

So sorry for the wait, CS has been working through a backlog. It looks like the pouch had been moved to your sidecart by our system, but I've pushed it through to our warehouse and we will get it out ASAP.
