I am looking for a good forum to run some PBP games and I really like the Campaign features here. One thing that I really like to use in a PBP are pictures and images. What are the options for those in this forum? Can you post a picture in a post?

No, the Paizo website doesn't have any individual storage options. You can't upload anything to their site.
You can provide clickable links to other sites (Imagur, Flickr, Google Images, etc) but they won't display as images in the post.
What Crystal said. I've always had the best luck with using a sharable link to a Google Slides presentation, as that way you can have all the images for a campaign together.
