GM's, if you're interested in the possibility of making slick-looking isometric maps or handouts for your game sessions (any genre), have a look at this Kickstarter campaign, which ends in about 24 hours. Only five or ten more backers needed to unlock Stretch Goal #3, for a total of 3 free content Add-Ons.
Here's an update, years later:
The above Kickstarter campaign succeeded, and isometric support was successfully added to MapForge.
Then that campaign was followed up by another successful campaign for more isometric mapping content, and then by a yet another campaign (which failed to fund, but the content eventually got self-published regardless).
Now I'm trying once again, with all-new isometric content and on BackerKit for a change rather than Kickstarter. If you're into isometric map-making, you should really check this out.
I think by now I've proven that I'm all-in in regards to making MapForge the best ISO mapping app with the best ISO mapping content (much of which is free!). I hope some of you will consider helping this latest effort to succeed.
