What was the original context of the recycled character art?

I'm curious about this because I remembered seeing all of characters' old art, but couldn't remember where :D Lys' art was for song-o halflings and Ikyulus' was "dragon smiter" paladin statblock's art from npc codex, but I can't remember rest of them... Actually, come to think about it, are all rest of them npc codex art?

I don't have it on me, but isn't Lys original art in the Lost Omens Character Guide?

I think Tariel is on the cover of the NPC Codex.

I think most of the original are, except for Lÿs, are from the NPC Codex.
