I have been working on this idea for year a year and a half, but have recently come into a number of high quality mics, sound equipment, and professional audio editing software. I have a list of interested actors and a strong concept. I won't go into the specifics here, but it's very important to me not to reinvent the wheel.
What I can't seem to find is whether I need to do anything in particular to use Paizo products in my podcast. I'm not a publisher, and there's no profit involved. Part of the reason I picked PF2e is to support Paizo.
Additionally, I can't find any PF2e actual play podcasts despite some serious looking. I know the GCP has dabbled and their Emerald Spire game will be 2e, but it's locked behind a Patreon pay wall. There's a glut of 5e podcasts and no shortage of PF1e actual plays.
Does anyone have experience in either area?
I don't have much experience other than recommending anchor.fm for hosting. I've been looking for a well-done 2e podcast, so you can count on at least one regular listener. Good luck!

Thanks Sara! We started our podcast in July (IntrepidHeroes.Net) as an actual play podcast of the Dawn of Flame Adventure Path. We post weekly game episodes as well as interviews with folks associated with the Starfinder RPG (developers, organizers, authors).
I would be happy to share lessons learned with folks who are interested in starting their own podcasts (equipment, software etc.)

Dice and Slice was doing a playtest-rules game and had begun Age of Ashes, but appears to have encountered some kind of internal issues and is dissolving. Some of the players are starting a new podcast called Dice Don't Die to re-start Age of Ashes, but that hasn't actually gotten off the ground yet.

I'm concerned about lack of interest in PF2e (little incentive for PF1e veterans to transition, little incentive for 5e players to convert) despite it being a very solid and enjoyable system. I've heard exceedingly little buzz since the release and pretty much no one I know outside my gaming group even know it exists.
That's of course all the more reason to use PF2e in my podcast, I suppose.
We over at Roll For Combat have been running The Fall of Plagestone as well as Starfinder Dead Suns for over 2 years now. We expect to finish both in a few months and will continue running PF2 adventures on the show.
Personally I've been doing podcasting for around 16 years now and if there is one thing I have learned is that it's really, really hard. Doing a few shows is simple, but doing a new show, week after week, month after month, for years, is especially hard. It will probably start out as fun but slowly turn into work and something that seemingly might never end! :)
For me, the secret is that I love listening to my own show, so I don't mind editing it every week. We record so far in advance that by the time I get around to editing the week's show, it's like 98% new to me (even though I GMed the game, I rarely remember all the details).
If you want to run a PF2 podcast I would say go for it! Just try to get multiple sessions under your belt and recorded before you start publishing as you would be stunned just how much work it takes to create a weekly show.

Since we're not planning to publish a weekly podcast, but instead publish our first (and possibly only) season all at once, we won't need to worry do much apt hitting a weekly deadline.
I don't plan to podcast into infinity, but have a clear start and end. Just different strokes for different folks and all that.
I'm lucky that I've got an enthusiastic and skilled editor, so all the work won't fall on my shoulders, though I'll be involved in the editing process.
