I was hoping I could get some clarification for the Puncture Veil spell -
It says the target takes Bleeding 1 (2 for full action) for 3 rounds. This sounds like PF2e's condition terminology rather that what I usually see in Starfinder.
Starfinder to my knowledge, usually has bleed damage coming from die rolls or a class level (Bleeding Shot Operative Exploit). Bleeding effects are also ongoing unless stopped with first aid or magical healing usually. There may be out there, but I can't think of an instance where previous bleed effects have a limited duration.

I think this is just a case of specific vs general rules. In general, bleed damage does now have have limited duration. In the specific case of thisnspell, it does.
