What level of development of musical instruments is present in the inner sea?
What is considered uncommon in terms of instruments on Golarion. Guitars? Accordions? French Horns? Marimbas? Theremin? Fiddle? Oboe?
Golarion doesn't exactly map to earth in time periods for a whole lot of things so what do people think the line is for what would be a weird instrumemt for a bard to be carrying around?

Pianos are explicitly pretty readily available and not considered new things, and pianos in particular weren't invented until 1711, so anything invented up through the early 1800s is likely fine, from a tech level perspective.
My cursory research indicates that this covers most musical instruments with the exception of the saxophone, modern trumpets, and perhaps the tuba, accordion, and concertina.
None of the instruments I list in the second paragraph above have appeared, so them not existing in Golarion is pretty plausible. Most other instruments probably should.
