When looking for the this thread to add something, I noticed it didn't exist yet (or my search-fu is bad).

Pg. 11 - A Shining Beacon trait

In the second sentence, change "critical hit modifier" to "critical hit multiplier".

Pg. 15 - Inner Beauty trait

This trait received an update in a later book. Change the last sentence to the following:

"You can choose to use this trait immediately after making the skill check, but before the GM has revealed the results."

Pg. 17 - Eye of the Father trait

This trait received an update in a later book. In the last sentence, delete everything after the comma.

Pg. 18 - Apsu, the Waybringer

In the first paragraph of Apsu's description, second-to-last sentence, change his available domains to Artifice, Good, Law, Scalykind, and Travel.

EDIT: Also, in the second paragraph, second sentence, delete everything in parentheses.

Pg. 18 - The Flexing Arm trait

This trait was updated in a later book. In addition to what's listed here, the trait also grants a +1 bonus to the Escape Artist checks you can modify using Strength instead of Dexterity for this trait.

Pg. 20 - Lessons of Chaldira trait

Change the second sentence of this trait to the following:

"Once per day before the results of a saving throw are known, you can reroll the saving throw."

Pgs. 24 & 25 - Various feat updates

A bunch of these feats were reprinted and updated in a later book:

- Drunken Brawler: add "worshiper of Cayden Cailean" to the list of prereqs.
- Butterfly's Sting: add "Combat" next to the Critical tag at the top indicating it's a combat feat. Also, add "worshiper of Desna" to the list of prereqs.
- Divination Guide: add "must worship a deity" to the list of prereqs.
- Nimble Natural Summons: add "ability to cast summon nature's ally, worshiper of Erastil" to the list of prereqs.
- Charge of the Righteous: add "any good alignment" to the list of prereqs. Also, in the Benefit line, change "-2 penalty" to "-2 penalty to AC".
- Bestow Hope: Change the prereqs line to "Channel energy class feature, Improved Channel, worshiper of Sarenrae."
- Glorious Heat: add "worshiper of Sarenrae" to the list of prereqs. Also, change the benefit paragraph to read as follows:
"Benefit: When you cast a divine spell with the fire descriptor, choose a single ally within 30 feet that you can see. That ally heals a number of hit pointes equal to the level of the spell cast and gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls until the end of its next turn."
- Spear Dancer: Add "(Combat)" after the feat header indicating it's a combat feat. Also, in the prereqs, change "Perform 4 ranks" to "Perform (dance) 4 ranks".
- Stone Road: In the first sentence of the Benefits paragraph, change "+2 bonus" to "+3 bonus". Also, in the last sentence, change "increases to +4" to "increases to +6."

Pgs. 28 & 29 - Various spell updates

A bunch of these spells were reprinted and updated in a later book. Updates are below. Additional corrections will be made in a later post.

- Enhance Water: in both the saving throw and spell resistance entries, change "(object)" to "(harmless, object)".
- Hairline Fractures: in the School line, add that it has the earth descriptor. Also, add "witch 1" to the list of classes this spell is available to.
- Haze of Dreams: in the School line, add that it has the emotion descriptor. Also, add "witch 1" to the list of classes this spell is available to.
- Tap Inner Beauty: add "witch 1" to the list of classes this spell is available to.
- Weapons Against Evil: in both the saving throw and spell resistance entries, change "(object)" to "(harmless, object)".

All phantasm spells are mind-affecting. Add the mind-affecting descriptor to this spell's School line.
