The Concordance RPG Superstar 2008 Top 32

So my players and I got together last weekend to talk about Pathfinder 2e and create their characters. My plan was basically a Session 0, then start them through Plaguestone.

Then they created three goblins, a hobgoblin (based off the goblin rules), and a gnoll (repackaged half-orc) as PCs.

Anyone have any idea how to run this group? or suggestions?

Dark Archive

Did you show them the backgrounds from Plaguestone for the Plaguestone and tell them being on caravan trip from Elidir to Almas? :p

Also, kinda surprised you allowed them houseruling hobgoblins(btw, you can see part of the official hobgoblin rules from the blog) AND gnolls and then being like "Umm, what to do now" if you find it harder to run game for them?

Also, you ARE running 4 player adventure for 5 players, so you need to adjust encounters anyway by 30 xp worth of enemies(just remember it doesn't actually increase xp they get per encounter)

Spoiler:
Maybe play up the sheriff's suspicions? And make the goblin cook less afraid of the adventurers?

Alternatively, turn the place into a hobgoblin settlement. Reskin a few humans/dwarves/elves as hobgoblins and bugbears and every halfling/gnome as goblins, and leave some as human slaves.
