Hello,

I know that the launch of Second Edition had clogged the email inbox for Customer Service. I'd like to know if the email inbox is still being worked on and that the email I sent in on August 5 has been received and in's in the process of being resolved.

I had received damaged Deluxe Editions of the Core Rulebook and Bestiary so I sent an email in with attached pictures.

Do I need to resend the email to make sure that it has been received?
