I am having trouble with my Lost Omens subscription

I am having trouble with my Lost Omens subscription. I ordered a Lost Omens subscription starting with the Lost Omens World Guide so as to receive the book and the PDF early. However, it is still marked as "pending" in my order history. How can this be corrected? I would like to receive the book and the PDF as soon as possible. This is order 4627909.

Not a Paizo employee but --

The Lost Omens World Guide won't start shipping until this Thursday. It was delayed from being a Gen Con release to a late August release.

But at least from this shipment forward you will get your PDF as soon as it ships.
