My Bestiary PDF has been unable to download for a week

Hello,

I bought the Bestiary PDF on release day last week, the money went from my account but my order has been on pending ever since. The payment expires tomorrow and I want to know whether I'm going to get my download or my money back, or worse charged for it again. I've emailed every day for the past week and had no reply so thought posting on here may be more likely to help.

Join the club. I purchased mine last Thursday and am in the same boat.
I've also noticed multiple people complaining that they can't access their .pdf purchases. In my case, I emailed customer service directly three times (and received no response) and have posted multiple times in these forums trying to get an answer. The closest that I've seen customer service come to acting is with a proverbial head scratch and "I don't know why you can't download it" sort of comment. Maybe Paizo has figured it'll be easier to just let people's payment authorizations expire and they can try to buy it again. However, if this was the case, why can't they just own up to it?

Hmmm, sounds like you may be right. I hope I at least get my money back, can't really afford to lose 13 quid after buying the CRB

Good news is that I received an email from Paizo notifying me that my order went through and it's now available for download. Hope everyone else has the same outcome.
