So, I purchased the pdf of Pathfinder 2E at 10:35 am Central time, and after trying several times each day since then, and using different browsers and private/incognito modes, plus signing in and out multiple times, I still see no download link for the product I bought. My order receipt says that the pdf is unavailable for download. What does that mean exactly? The website says the pdf is fulfilled immediately; apparently not. From other posts on this forum and others, some people are getting links to the pdf download. What gives? I've purchased other pdfs from Paizo with no issue. Why the hassle now?
I know with GenCon and all, things have been hectic, but eventually, if I don't receive a link, I'll have to file a claim of fraud with my bank to get my money back. A shame, too, as I was looking forward to getting the Beastiary, but apparently there are issues with that as well.
